As stated in the preview, you really just don't feel that insecent obligation to play every single waking moment to get the most out of your monthly fee. All that aside, for a PvP fan, GW definitely has one of the most organized tournament systems in the genre as well.
Anyway, GW has definitely shown that a well done "light" mmorpg with no monthly fee has its place in the market. It has appeal to a broad range of player types.
