Half-Life: The Aftermath Menace
by Chris Remo, Feb 10, 2006 7:28pm PSTGameSpot has just posted a brief news item revealing that Valve has changed the name of its upcoming downloadable Half-Life 2 expansion from Half-Life 2: Aftermath to Half-Life 2: Episode One. Marketing director Doug Lombardi confirmed that this is due to a shift towards regular Half-Life episodic content from Valve. The move is not unexpected, given Valve's vocal support for the episodic download model of content delivery through the company's Steam service. Maybe, "Aftermath; Menace to Steam users." if something goes wrong.
