Activision sends along a demo for The Movies, allowing you to try out the first five years of the game's story mode. In The Movies you run a Hollywood motion picture studio, and are charge with everything from hiring and firing personnel to maintaining the sets to shooting and editing the films.

Hmm dunno found the demo rather tedious and repetitive and the most interesting bit for me , sandbox, is not available. Good going with another poor effort when you don't know your buying demographic.

Just finished playing some of the demo, and i got to say that its awesome. I never really got into The Sims but this seems a little more creative and i like movies and the general idea of making movies and then watching them. Going to pick this one up in the morning
