Seagate Perpendicular Drive Review

AnandTech has posted a review of the new Seagate 7200.9 160GB HDD (this time they actually did, when I posted about it on Friday it was removed shortly afterwards), which is based on perpendicular technology. The drive is put through various application and game benchmark tests.

This isn't a review of the perpendicular drive, that is the old review of the 7200.9 drive with the new 160 GB single platter (longitudinal recording method).

I believe the first perpendicular drive will be a 2.5" laptop drive.
