Prey Diary

The update starts with an overview of the history of the game at Human Head Studios, before Chris mentions that the game "is completely playable from start to finish", with the team now working on bug fixing and optimization. In other news the game's official website launched, offering a single new screenshot

Clearly this is a good direction. Games need to have more dyson spheres, halos and alienscapes, and less sewers, run down slums and office buildings/vents.

Well, after switching engines for the 3rd time, Prey is almost done! Really!! Hopefully we'll be showing it at E3 in 2010 but we wont show it until it's almost ready ship. Hopefully George doesn't push for another engine change between now and then. Even with out 5+ year development cycle, we're still out ahead of Duke Nukem Forever!
