While a non-playable demo has limited uses, I'll definitely be DLing this tonight.

I'm a sucker for space games thanks to Star Control, but most of them are in genres I don't like. Empire management, etc. Hopefully this will appeal to me on something other than the genre/graphics front.

It's a benchmark utility too, so it's not too retarded.

And it's a great game, been out in Europe a while now so there's a lot of reviews flying about.

nice typo.

at first i thought this was a retarded idea because i cant play a rolling demo, why dont i just download gameplay videos, then i realise they might actually be useful if they do deliberately step thru the gameplay elements. i just want to know what this game is like and see what its like to play. it is still kinda retarded though.

I own the game and im going to download this. Since they include no tutorial of any kind and it takes about 5 hours to figure anything out. Maybe watching this will be intuitive.
