UT2007 Coming To PC First

There's a post by an Epic Games producer on the Atari Unreal Tournament forums, replying to a fan's question about the release of Unreal Tournament 2007. Despite console port plans, UT2007 will be released for the PC first. The Epic producer also denies that the game will be a PS3 launch title ("not certain where those news sites are getting that from"), and mentions there will be a pre-release demo for the game.

Yea this is actually good news. As its certain that when its on 360, like COD2, it will be a straight port to 360. Which IMO is better than having a console game ported to PC

Well, a bit of good new all around.

And I sincerely hope that Croteam style, the demo comes with a tech showcase level. I'd love to be able to play around in some of the areas that they've shown off in the E3 booths.

sounds logical, because the game is made for the pc, they would have to repgram a bit for the ps3
