Not in a literal sense, but in a metaphoric one. Anyone had someone in there life where the relationship was apocolyptic? The kind that ripples when the bomb hits?
What I am talking about is a person, that not only did you think that you would ever see them again...someone you hadnt seen in over 10 years, someone you had a relationship with that lasted years, and was nothing but volitile...ending in something that could only be described as the second coming...but the opposite.
A ghost, someone that you see, only reveals in you, what you used to be and not what you'd become. The one and only person that might own a key to your hidden closest full of skeletons?
This happened to me tonight. It's the second time, same ghost.
This really tripped me out.

I've found that I do much better when being diplomatic with most people...I had quite a few allies...but I'd really managed to form a powerful triumvirate with Hatshepsut (who until the last 3rd of the game was winning) and Asoka (I was playing as Tsarina Catherine II (the Great) of Russia). I got along with Julius Ceaser and Roosevelt as well and I weakened the Aztecs and had them cornered...made them give me constant tribute through a good portion of the game and finished them off late game. Also made a land grab on the Mayans...thought I was gonna kill them off but I was just taking colonies...so I made peace and demanded tribute from them for a while before making nice with them. The French became cold to my growing empire (I had started taking over the new world to the east) and closed their borders (thus putting a big fat barrier between my two eastern colonial empires). I bided my time (taking this barbarian village and that) until I decided to make war. I got Julius Ceaser, Hatshepsut, and Asoka to make war with Tokagawa (thus keeping them busy so the coming war with the French wouldn't lower my Civ score more than their scores)...Tokagawa was an ally of the French and he'd been a general ass to me...so I was gonna kill two birds with one stone. I then got Roosevelt to go to war with the French (he was weaker than them...but I needed to distract them a bit). The French had a decent border with my mainland, so I had built up my defenses before going to war...I then took the city that was bothering my eastern colonies so my, first hitting it with a stealth bomber and then taking it with tanks and marines! After that it just got easier!
I love this game...its devouring my time in the same way that the first did (I never played Civ2 or 3...just the first one...a lot).

This Trojan does not use a traditional keylogger to capture information, so banks that use virtual keyboards to avoid keyloggers won't be protected, Panda said. Virtual keyboards -- seen as a security measure against keylogging programs -- use electronic signals and optical recognition to recognize keys projected onto a surface rather than the pressing of keys.
This news writer is obviously a mis-informed moron....

Anyway, I didn't open the memory card that came with the bundle because I plan on returning in favor of the hard drive but I wanted to check out the system. I loaded up PGR3 with no memory card in the slot and no hard drive hooked up just so I could check out a race.
I couldn't finish one race. It locked up at some random point every single time. I'm *hoping* that this is specifically because I don't have any way for the game to save, it doesn't realize that (stupidly, granted) and crashes and that once I plug in a hard drive I'll be good.
Anyone who has a 360 and PGR3 mind testing that theory for me really quickly? Can any one confirm this for me?

On our way down we hit a traffic jam as I-35 was on fire about 25 miles from Texas but that was the only fire we saw and that was last Friday. Drove through Oklahoma on I-35 yesterday. For miles and miles it looked like http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/2006/US/01/02/wildfires/story.fire.chief.tx.jpg in the sky.
We kept seeing patches of grass that had burned all over the highway on our way back. We saw fires just a few miles from the KS border. But the worse we saw was in Guthrie, OK. There are two exits for Guthrie. At the first, everything looked okay. But as soon as we came over a hill, it looked like hell on earth. All sides of the interstate were on fire. Not only were fields on fire but so were the fences. An oil rig had 2 bulldozers around it digging up fire ditches. We watched as cattle tried to flee the fire but we also saw one bull that didn't make it and was burning to death in the middle of the field. We saw one house on fire and the next house was about to go up. We stopped but the bathrooms were shut down due to lack of water pressure. It was quite the insanity.
When I got back home and turned on the news ... about a 30 second bite and that was it. So thats why I am sharing this. Not getting enough attention really.
