1Bake me a ...you know the drill. Anyway it seems the boys at Gamefan brushed John Romero's hair the right way and scored two Daikatana screenshots that where previously unreleased on the web. They also say the game should go gold early next month.

The shots were 1600x1200 when he sent \'em but they were like 5 megs each so I took em down to 800x600.

But yes, I do agree, that as much as people seem to hate Daikatana (which is what I constantly hear)... I just simply cannot wait to get my hands on Daikatana! I don\'t know what it is.... but ..aaarggghhh. :P

Fear not. This will be the greatest Q2 mod ever.
Why don\'t I care about this game? Romero has the pedigree but has yet to establish a track record by his lonesome. The graphics are fairly nice, but not purty like Q3A or UT or the released shot of TF2. The demo didn\'t make me jump out of my seat in excitement like the frickin .mpgs that were released by Valve way over a year ago for Half-Life. I am most surprised by the general lack of involvement by the \"media\" with this title: neither Scary, Blue nor Redwoodr have posted one article about the kind of toilet paper Romero prefers. I am i{sure}i that I saw at least an article a week about the fact that Kevin Cloud prefers \"moisturizer-in\" whilst Paul Jacquay\'s most definitely \"does NOT\". (btw, steed prefers burlap if you missed that on Redwood\'s.)
What is wrong? Is it just me?
