So I got drunk last night, ate some apple pie, puked it up and then chewed and reswallowed it, yelled at 45 fucking people about how they were either midgets or fat in junior high, and how this one guy was a giant. I bought 3 rounds of drinks for said random fucking people, blowing like 400 dollars in the process. The entire bar hated me. I hated me, but I loved yelling at their confused and angry faces.

Then, my drunk ass friend drove me home, and instead of stopping the car in a reasonable place, he decided it would be fun to drive into the lake in my back yard. It was frozen, we proceeded to do donuts at 3 am while he puked on his window for all my many neighbors to appreciate. It took us maybe 30 tries to get back up the hill, because it's fucking steep and long. There are ruts dug in my hill and donut marks all over the lake, and fucking tire tracks leading clearly back to his car, which is pointing the wrong way at an angle.

I spent 6 hours puking into my toilet, I puked on my dogs face. My friend turned the light off on me, convincing me that I was blind. I spent 4 of the 6 hours sure that I was blind, and the only reason I realized I wasn't was because the sun came up. I woke up passed out behind the toilet. Oh, and I bowled a 150 doing nothing but granny bowls.

1) Drink too much: check.
2) Humilate self in front of strangers and vague aquaintances: check.
3) Poorly orchestrated suicide attempt involving a vehicle and water: check.
4) Puke on my dogs face: Fuck, quit staring at me dog.

had laser eye surgery today

goes quick, but that is a long 15 minutes of razor blades and smelling burning hair, just it's your eyeballs being shot by a laser, you definately feel it. not horrible, but not an experience I want to ever repeat in my life (as someone who can't stand their eyeballs being touched, couldn't even do contacts). it's mostly mental, like shit this guy is slicing my EYE OPEN WHILE I'M AWAKE, fuck don't look to the side or the laser beam will hit your brain and kill you...

fucking amazing though, have had glasses for 15 years, shitty ass vision, and even still in the post-op daze full of all sorts of expensive eye drops I can tell my sight is 20/20 or better without glasses...

amazing what technology can do for six grand

now let's hope i don't develop eye tumors with laser beams sharks in like 30 years. :)

Nero 7. Does anyone use the extras that come with Nero (Recode, NeroVision, music editing tools, VCD/DVD making tools, etc.) or know how good they are? Of these, I'm most interested in Nero Backup. I'm installing this on a new computer, and I'd like to create a DVD image of the fresh install.

I have an old version of Nero Burning ROM 5 that came with my CD burner on my old computer, without all the nifty extras :\

Case: Aspire X-Dreamer II, 420W power supply, blue LED back-lighting.

Probably needs more cowbell, but it isn't bad. Got it built the other day & spent the afternoon today installing & updating windows.
