Ritual's help wanted page has been updated, as the SiN developer is looking to add a 3D character animator to the team. You must have extension knowledge of Maya or 3D Studio MAX, and have 2-3 years of experience working in games, television or film. More info here.

Even if you're not an animator, it can't hurt to send in your resume, as Ritual is always looking for talented developers to join up.
