Any opinions on repressed memory? I use to think it was a BS concept but lately, I'm beginning to have my doubts about my own past. I still am rather skeptical about people who go into theraphy and come out remembering details of abuse or what not that were never present. However I was looking through my medical records and there was documented an episode where at age 6 my defective heart almost killed me and I was in the hospital for a month. I just don't remember that. At all! So maybe there is something to it.

oh man, I finally got what I desered in regards to Hot or Not.

I've been a user of HotorNot since way back to around the time the site started up.. or atleast back when you could click through people and get the same people over and over because of how few there were. Normally I just click yes on anyone who wants to meet me, cause I think it's fun to have this list of double matches.. Call me egotisic or whatever but I think it's fun. Anyways this week this big ole girl clicks on me, so I click back yes like always... except, I didn't realize this girl has a star next to her name (for the uninformed, those with stars pay for hotornot and the privilege to email other members). Well I get an email today from this girl (who I do not find attractive in any way), asking me about myself, hoping we can get to know each other better, etc etc. then signs it...with a guy's name.

Battlefield 1942 SHACKBATTLE Announcement for SUNDAY SOMEDAY SUNDAY at 8:00 PM CST!

Since the patch for BF2 seems to make the game even more buggy than it was before I say we go back to the 1940's and BLOW SHIT UP!!

1942 was a golden age of first person shooter gameplay. The game is well balanced, not to many annoyances exist and it is just all around fun.

We'll be playing BF1942 v1.61 at bf2.shackbattles.com - password is in themelon's profile. We'll also be using Teamspeak. EVERYONE should be on Teamspeak, at least to listen even if you don't have a mic. We'll be connecting to rydogg1's server: ts.shackbattles.com - no password required.

A few weeks ago we had a good but small game, and good fun was had all around. We've gotten a few BF1942 newbies involved. If you're new to the game and need training or help, I (and several others) should be able to spend time walking you through the different classes, weapons, tactics, etc. Just let me know!

We'll be playing Vanilla BF1942 1.61! But the map rotation will also include Shackmaps and the tournament map pack. You can get them at the links below.

i just saw "Cypher" -- a b scifi from the same director as CUBE.

i figured it out about a half hour from the end the main character is "rooks" - i don't think there were any hints about it either... i just asked myself, well there's been like 3 plot twists so far, what can top those?

As I said before, I'm browsing Itunes at the moment, what the hell is up with this "crazy frog"? I'll admit, I bought two tracks of "it's" a while ago but I was juist looking and there are a bunch of crazy frog albums, all covers, just of the crazy frog sounds over top what appears to be the original track. Is this rap laziness taken to the next level? Whats next? The entire original song with just one note changed and sold under a new artist name?

I got knocked the fuck out.

I box at a local gym, and I was fighting this guy tonight; he was this little Mexican guy, I had about 4 inches and at least 35+ lbs on the guy. I was beating his ass from the get go, giving him a wailing of a life time but the little bastard just wouldnÃ¢Â€Â™t stay down. I looked over to the left like a dumb ass because my friend yelled something at me from the side of the ring and the dude lands a fucking left hook. I blacked out and went down. I thought I had been out for hours, but I guess it had only been a few seconds.

I tried to play it off like it was nothing but I was so fucking out of it I have no idea how I managed to get the hell out of the gym. Haha. What an odd feeling.

I played Kameo today at Best Buy.

MY GOD SCREENSHOTS DO NOT DO THIS GAME JUSTICE AT ALL!

It looks so amazing I was really awestruck. So, I'll be getting the 360 asap, but can't get it on day 1. :(

The controls seem kinda complicated at first for an older man like me. ;) but after a short while, you get used to it.

The normal mapping looks VERY DEEP. and the number of characters on screen is incredible.

Got a Walmart ad in todays mail, alot of good 360 info on it. Such as PGR3 being $49 and availble 11/15!!! Also the top of page has the most important info!!

The Movies is pretty damn fun...my wife and I are almost done with our first collaboration.

I definitely appreciate that Lionhead was smart enough to include options in the Sandbox mode to make it so you could just concentrate on making movies, without worrying about anything else.

math halp!

how do you find the area of a partial circle. for example say you have a diameter of 4.5 and you clipped off a side of the circle .5 in. so it would look kind like this D. also how do you find the length of the | in the D.

this is for the wetted perimeter in a partially filled pipe, i cant find any formulas for this kinda weird geometry.
