As for CoD2 goes, I'm still waiting to try out online MP, but I will say that this is some good stuff. The graphics are fantastic and I've got no problems with my ATI 9600XT 128mb card on my Athlon 3200. No problems whatsoever.
The action is definitely intense in terms of the missions. But the graphics are jaw-dropping.
