Woah... Lost Coast finally here!? I just figured they handed that over to the TF2 team or something (Har! Har!) at this point.

Lastly, dunno about LNC tonight. Remo is in some sleezy hotel tonight with a few ladies that I'm not so sure about when it comes to digging on videogames.

    yo thomw and other greasemonkey peeps

    I've installed the newest greasemonkey beta along with FFbeta2, and I'm having problems calling setTimeout(). the following code snippet has a problem: window.setTimeout() is not aware of the function being called. 


    (function() {

    GM_log("sadfgasdfasd");

    okay();

    

    function okay(){alert('tested');}

    window.setTimeout("okay()", 1000);

    })();


    calling okay() works fine within the method, but i get "Error: okay is not defined" when trying to call it via setTimeout(). I've tried moving the method declaration above/below the setTimeout() call and I've tried moving it outside the main GM function bounds... nothin.

    Any ideas how to proceed?

    Ok, I'm going to nerd out here, but I found the fun in WoW!

    Ok, not really, as I've had fun with it since I played in in Beta. But I just got my rogue up to level 19 and started doing quests in ashenvale, and started a bit of PvP when I see someone I think I can take! OMG is it fun! Running around and questing but having to watch out for horde and/or getting ganked adds a whole new dimension to the game.

    I had a blast last night repeatedly backstabbing a 23 mage who happened to be accompanying a couple of ?? that were ganking lowbies. I'd only kill her if I was able to get a good ambush and a hit immediately after, otherwise she would just frostnova/sheep/blink and nuke me from a distance. I played a druid at launch (when they sucked) and my rogue is just so much more fun. I found out that druids have been buffed a bit since then, when I mistakenly attacked two, and they camped my corpse in kitty form for about an hour. :D
