BAD-ASS!! If you're one of those people who bought Doom 3 hoping for top level graphics and a ton of non-stop action, Quake 4 does it right. Squads working with you almost all the time, action action action, lotsa blowing shit up.

Sadness is no Gunstar Super Heroes in this post.

So, is there ever going to be a Gone Gold announcement for Call of Cthulhu? The developers haven't even acknowledged that the game's done for the X-Box and they've been totally silent about if there's even going to be a PC version still.

I didn't realize that GTA:LCS was coming out this week; I'll definately pick that up the second I can! I actually use my PSP quite a bit with Burnout Legends (albeit the loading times are a tad bit long)...but I'll agree about the dearth of good titles (I need to pick up Grip Shift and Lumines I think). I really like my DS...it spend a period of time not getting played (I really didn't like the Mario64 that came out for it...I felt that they could've done a better job with the stylus/thumbpad control...I didn't like how it always moved with your thumb...would've been better if it stayed pout)...but Kirby's Canvas Curse really got me playing it...and then that got me trying other games...then Advance Wars came out and now Castlevania is eating up a lot of my time. I really love 2d games...so I'm really happy to see that this system is becoming a welcome home to them much the way that the GBA did.

I'm gonna pick up Soul Calibur 3 the second it comes out as well (I've been a huge fan of the series ever since Soul Edge in the arcade which I prefered to the Tekken and VF games). I'm a little bummed that Samurai Shodown 5 for XBox has been delayed until November...but SC3 will definately tide me over and then some. I'll probably also pick up the Taito arcade pack for Bubble Bobble alone (that game consumed so much of my time back on the NES). I also need to pick up Shadow of the Colossus. I meant to do that last week and I kept forgetting to stop on the way home...gonna get that tommorow I think. I can't play Quake4 or FEAR until the new Video Card I'm ordering arrives (my current one is defective so I'm getting a newer better Video Card)...but I figure that I'll just play a few looooong marathon sessions of SotC in the meantime (well when I'm home...work and the drive to and from kinda eat up a lot of my time...but I'm not complaining (I need to money to support my video game addiction habit!)).

FYI x-men legends 2 for PSP requires v2.00 .. not a big deal if you get one of the bios fastswitching mods out there but it sure fucks the casual gamer, assuming they are casual enough to want to run homebrew. Good job sony.

games ARE NOT work. dont you EVER suggest that again. okay, some games are work, but they are the sucky games that arent worth playing anyway.

So will the PSP/GTA be the system seller they are hoping for?

Why is it that the PSP is only a vehicle for bad ps2 ports while the DS gets all these awesome games ( i have both )?

ARrrggh I still haven't received my copy of Colossus yet! Never order from Futureshop!
