id Software has released the Quake 4 Linux binaries, allowing you to play the game or run a dedicated server for it. It requires a copy of the Windows version along with a working CD key. More information can be found here.

Thanks id. I am a diehard fan...I have a ton of respect for you for releasing Linux binaries and regularly open sourcing older code. By far my favorite development house, even considering the sad internal politics you sometimes suffer. =(

When I get back from this business trip, I'm stopping by and picking up Q4 on my way home from the airport to install on my Gentoo box. =)
