ATI has new Catalyst drivers available, version 5.10. According to the release notes, this release fixes issues with Max Payne 2, Stronghold 2, Prince of Persia, Silent Hunter 3, Dungeon Siege 2 and 3Dmark03.

heads up, this is causing major slow downs with my 9800 pro 128

everytime i right click, it is slow as hell, and it is slowing down other programs. making changes in control panel causes my display to fuck up and i have to hard reboot the machine

back to 5.9 :[
