Then you realize you can't pick out the enemies easily enough because they aren't distinct from everything else. They get lost in the pallette and blend into the background. Dumb. This is a case of eye candy working against gameplay.
The second and, IMO, worse problem is how few enemies are onscreen. Huge killfests are the only thing SS has ever had going for it...
Maybe that shitty demo represents the lowest point of the game; still, whose burden is that to prove? Developers need to think a lot more carefully than Cro Team did about demo releases.

The gameplay is almost identical, the colors are a bit much, it is like someone used the fischure price toys as the base for the colors, also the super shotgun should be a little bit slower and more powerful.
Other than that this is Serious Sam as it always was, did any of you even play the 1st one?

this feels too corridor-ish. in the demo, i felt the need to hide behind corners and calculate my next move, which is not what ss is about. blorgh!
