I guess I've finally "outgrown" generic FPS games, cuz I watched that video and it did nothing for me. If anything I felt like I'd already played that map having played Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Doom3, and Rainbow Six 3, which had levels that looked just like that. =\

Btw, I put "outgrown" in quotes because I don't mean it in some sort of pretentious 'better than you' way like it's an age or maturity thing, but simply something I've grown tired of and that no longer grabs my interest.

Monolith makes such kick ass intros. I was just playing Tron 2.0 last night and I was thinking how great it was. Now I watch this and see them prove they still have it.

I always think Monolith is one of the most underappreciated dev houses.

Booooring. It's like Soldier of Fortune and others like it except now we got bullettime and Drew Barrymore , the old trailer looked a lot more fun imo. The freaking warehouse setting has been done over way too many times , I mean whats cool about blowing up cardboard boxes and crates ? Very little.The Matrix and The Ring ? Plueaze.

I've always hated that kind of player movement. Annoying. All games should have as perfectly smooth movement as in Quake 3, for example.

I'm hoping the Sp is better then the Mp beta. As it was a meh+ at best. Don't get me wrong the idea and implementation are alright, but without something other then DM it's replay value will be worse then Doom3. (commence the stone throwing)

Nice. I like how the guy says they are not going for the B-Horror movie style with stuff jumping out at you all of a sudden but rather the Ring style psycological "freaking out" (as opposed to "scaring" to use their own words).

Might actually be worth checking out.

Doom 3 style "horror", no thanks.
AvP(2)/Fatal Frame (/ project zero) style "horror", yes please.
