FTC Investigating GTA:SA Hot Coffee

So perhaps we're beating this to death but hey we're inspired by the government and Hillary Clinton who have taken it upon themselves to save our souls. So we all know about Hot Coffee and GTA:SA by now. The latest is that Congress has now approved a request for a FTC investigation as they feel Take2 deliberately mislead the ESRB about the content of the game. Congressman Fred Upton led the charge

"... to determine if a best selling video game maker intentionally deceived the industry's ratings board to avoid an 'Adults-Only' rating." [snip] "outraged by the brazenness of Rockstar Games in their effort to do an end-run around the ratings system.... Rockstar Games deceit has severely undermined the integrity of the ratings system."

Take2 is taking a beating... but hey mature game sales have soared and Smith Barney has upgraded Take2 stock to 'buy'. Just remember, it's way worse to have sex with a woman than it is to run over her with a car. God bless America!
