This is easily the coolest idea for a game in a long time. It just worries me that it's going to be too complicated for it's own good.

The game apparently involves both running and managing a movie studio Sim City-style, and also directing your own movies. I hope that both parts are fully fleshed out, because I'd hate to see such a great concept ruined by over-ambition.

I would have rather seen the devs pour all their time into the create-your-own-movie part, and not monkey with all that studio management crap :(

This looks like it could be fun. I can see the Lionhead folks doing well on this sort of thing. I think they kinda overdrew themselves a bit on Black and White. B&W would've been a great game for them as a 4th or 5th game. I admit I was quick to poke that B&W really didn't do as well as expected, and I was a bit disappointed in it.

This really does seem Sims'ish, but again that's the right crew to do it.

Remember MS 3D Movie Maker? I used to have soo much fun with it. Seeing 'The Movies' made me think about it. Googled to find a site with a pretty big following:

How big a studio is Lionhead? I got the impression not very, but they are working on Fable, Black and White 2, and this simultaneously. Hmm.
