2K Games has released some new Vietcong 2 screenshots, as well as this gameplay movie showing several of the game's weapons. Pterodon's first person shooter sequel is scheduled for release later this year.

Ive tried Soldier of Fortune, BF Vietnam, Joint Ops, and i keep coming back to Vietcong, Why?

1. Realism (meaning not cartoonish like some ive seen/played,
2. Coop gameplay,
3. an editor that you can make your own maps that others can download and play,

A forum ran by the game makers, in which they talk about the game, editor help, off-topic, and many others

The first Vietcong was great, a lot better than MOH or BF:V as far as war games goes, it was the first FPS I have played where just turning up the brightness doesn't make it much easier to see badguys coming your way, it felt like you were in a real jungle, too bad nobody bought it.
