I think it would be wise for Steve and Marteen to hire someone from outside the Shack. Bringing in outside talent also brings in new ideas.

Why does everyone focus on the 50k? Thats max pay for experience. Considering the last hires I doubt they will get max pay. 25k is only 12.5/hour full time. Great work for being a console sloth if you can get it but hardly life in the fast lane. I hope you get a lot of free games or live in a place with cheap rent.

Something I've ever noticed about job descriptions is that experience is almost always listed as a requirement instead of a preference anymore, even on jobs like web page pundit and dogcatcher.

How does anyone ever break into ANYTHING these days? Seriously, I'm an unemployed bum and I don't know.

both candidates we had in mind for the new position here arent going to work out.

Or filling an unexpected vacancy of an existing position?

It seems much the same, but perhaps the new addition is the "understanding of business economics" portion? I wonder how Steve measure this.
