Here's the problem with their shaders, especially for their clothes: on or off style lighting. Look at the clothes: they seem to have very rigid lines, they look essentially the same as you might expect a rock face to look.

CLOTHES IN BROAD DAYLIGHT DO NOT LIGHT THIS WAY. Maybe if the clothes they are wearing are made out of PLASTIC or ROCKS. But FABRIC? NO.. Maybe fabric if you have a point source, but not the freakin sun out in the middle of a field.

DooM3 engine stuff often does the same goddamn thing, which makes me wonder if this is a D3 game...

Whatever happened to the old adage, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."

Holy cow are you all (for the most part) a bunch of sore-asses.

The game isn't done, therefore neither is the art. Artists spend most of their time towards the end of a project tweaking and improving things. Sheesh, give 'em a break already.

I'm getting burned out on WoW. We still play CoD as I think it's probably the best FPS out there yet. SoF2 took a lot of my time but the community got too small.

I look forward to this game and I think once again IW is hitting the perfect window of opportunity with this game. Far enough away from other major releases and close enough to the holidays to get a huge fan base quickly.

It doesn't hurt that the game looks great.
