Seems that overall the booth babe concept is beginning to die out a bit. Maybe this is because the consoles take up more of the spotlight than they used to or maybe it's because the cheekier rogue dev groups have been bought up by the stiffer, more executive behemoths.

I'd like to think, however, that the games are finally beginning to sell themselves.

maybe i'm just too old, but for once, i would like to see a 'booth' that doesn't have all the girls (and some boys) in silly costumes, thinking that people would be more interested in the game because of the exposed skin. i've always viewd such tactics as a desperate attempt to make their games more noticable.....let the game itself be the judge!
