This day in age, a developer not releasing a demo only indicates to me that they are not extremely proud of their work and are hoping it sells better on blind hype. A poor decision if you ask me. Yay for demos!!!!
-It definitely feels "consolized"
-Joystick controls are mapped as defaults. Never seen that in a FPS before.
-Auto aim is on by default.
-AI is dumb as bricks. They hide but suddenly decide to just charge you for no reason.
-Grenade explosions black out the whole screen. Most likely a bug
-Insert coin? WTF? (Yes, the loading screen does actually say "Insert coin")

Look what ID did with DOOM 3; they made the PC version themselves, and handed the console version to another developer, and in the end both games turned on fantastic for their platforms (I'm talking from a perspective of what the game was supposed to be; no fanboy/hateboy input).
There really is NO excuse for a bad port job outside of the "more buyers, more money, less work" idealogy that developers (or publishers) are employing lately.
