Update:

European players WILL get in on this!

Those who registered and started playing early (Feb 11th) got three extra days, this will bring the total to me and many other to five days extra. Sweet!

Whats up with the servers today, about 70% of them have been down most of the day today. Guess they ran into some snags in the weekly maintance (probably from the transfers) :'(

I'd actually like more.

I'm a pretty casual player, but I was still locked out several days last week.

And last night I spent half an hour at "Authenticating".

It's not that I'm particular about the money, but I am about my playing time. And the only way to let them feel that is through the bottom line.

I wonder if people will ever stop bitching about the downtime, since Blizzard seems to give out extra days when it gets bad.

Sadly, this does not apply to European players. For the patching, the regular downtime was extended by two hours, but went on for a total of five hours extra (hell, every single maintenance has taken at least two hours more than planned for my server)
