Umm... YIKES.
Don't worry though, that temperature reading is incorrect. Your card is just fine. Are you paranoid as hell about burning up your card and wanna fix it though? There's a simple and effective solution that you can implement until nVidia fixes the bug and submits yet another WHQL release next week or something. Check the out:
1) Go here and download Coolbits 2.0
Install it and go to your Control Panel.
2) Go to the new "Clock Frequency Settings" tab and select "Manual Overclocking"
( http://ajax.shackspace.com/wtftemps2.png ) Overclock your 2D settings 51MHz higher than they currently are. If your card is running at 350MHz, then set it to 401MHz.
3) Test settings and apply.
4) Watch your temperatures start returning to normal before your very eyes.

Right now, my card's temp is hovering at 65°C which is fine considering that its always registered a little bit warm inside the Shuttle. Your mileage may vary depending on the manufacturer of your card. BFG 6800/6800GT/Ultra owners might not be affected by this temperature bug dur to their card's overclocked BIOS.
I hope this helps some of you out there who might have had a coronary when you happened to stumble across thos temperature settings on your video card.

I keep my Desktop 1280*1024 @ 85Hz, cause 2D is eye-strain anything less than 85Hz.
I set games I play from 1024 to 1600 to 75Hz (cant do it to the 1280 cause it will override desktops) and most games that I play at 1280 have a refresh rate otion to make 75Hz.
How will this program benefit me? And which one should I use?

Every time I install new drivers, they manage to remove or hide some feature that I thought was great.
