CS: Source Updated

As promised Valve has just sent out a new update for CS: Source over Steam. In addition to the new cs_compound map, an old favorite is returning... de_train! Plus a newfangled playermodel. Here are two pics from that.

The update also includes some bot fixes, an enhancement to the radar and a bugfix for HL2DM (no more playing as headcrabs). Full change details can be found here.

I'm just realizing this, but what the fuck sense do de_ maps make? Terrorists bomb some rocks in the middle of nowhere among aztec pyramids? Terrorists blow up one small toy train in trainyard? At least hotage maps make some sort of sense.

Bad news for motion sickness people: this update also updated HL2 single-player, and now the carriage rides in the last two chapters make the view shake along with the carriage, which may make some people queasy. Instead of a steady view throughout that section, the view bobs quickly up and down sporadically, which also ruins immersion a little.

Omg De_Train is so awesome. Possibly the best looking map out of them all now. I love what they've done. Give Nuke and Inferno the same treatment, and we're good for another year or two.
