The ATI website has been updated with the latest Catalyst WinXP/2000 driver for Radeon videocards, version 5.1. Release notes can be found here, the driver includes game specific fixes for Men of Valor, Richard Burns Rally and Sid Meier's Pirates!. Thanks anthonybean.

Don't forget to use the uninstaller for your previous driver install.

Anyone have any trouble with a cascade effect on everything after installing the new drivers? I had to reinstall 4.12 and my system is back to normal. I got a 3ghz with 1gb of ram, so i know it's not my systembeing to old.

Anyone use the Catalyst Control Center and can tell me if its worth it or not? I don't have .NET framework installed, and really dont feel like doing it.

Will be interesting to see some benches. I've stuck with the 4.10 drivers since they're faster than the 4.11/4.12 drivers in everything but the Source engine. Doubt thats changed though.

I havn't updated drivers in months... Maybe it is about time I should. Have the last few releases helped at all with Half-Life 2?
