                It's not really a 'prize' when you have to pay for it. Most people entering will assume they won't have to pay for anything...

                  Just add an extra page with info for anyone who picks another country and state "if you win, you will have to pay for shipping, if you don't you forfeit your prize".

                  Seriously, if you just think for a second it's definitly solveable. Sure, some people would be cranky having to pay for shipment, but that is defendable (tight budget), but to completely cut us out isn't. And they don't even feel like explaining it, it seems.

                  Even mmorpg.com has started sending their shit internationally nowadays, and they send keyboards and graphic cards at times.
