Wow Cal sure got the shaft, in a major way. A TD was taken back after a blown call by a ref and probably because of that we got voted out of the Rose Bowl. What a horrible horrible dissapointment.

For those interested, I can't seem to generate a single cubemap. I made an empty textured box with a spawn, a light, and an env_cubemap. I load up the level and wait for it to finish rebuilding nodes. I bring down the console and type "buildcubemaps". It flashes some textures in the top left then HL2 just disappears. It does this to me with any map.

Well, found a group to do the Deadmines. We got all the way to the end, and killed Van Cleef but there were 2 Rouges we didn't see, and they took us all out before we could snatch our reward. So, after rezzing, and running back to the instance, we waited at the top for him to respawn. Partying ensued...

We will be playing Battlefield 1942 with some custom Shack maps.
I'm going to see if I can get the default rotation changed to not include any of the BFPro maps but occasionally one may come up and I will manually change it back to a normal one.

Can you take weapons from enemies or do you have to wait tp find the weapon which then allows you to take ammo from them like previous games?

Could you please .....*gulp* perma-ban me from the forums? I am a college student who needs to spend more time studying my material than the gaming news and comments from nerds like myself. I need a way to kick this habit which is the shack and go out in the world and make something of myself. Everytime i set down to study, i find myself staring at this forum, with its black background that represents my future if i dont get my ass in gear. Works out to about $1249CA which isn't bad I'm thinking. The only reason I can see the 600m being $200 more is that it's about 40% lighter. So is the 5160 decent? Is this a good laptop deal for us Canucks?

I want :( its actually pretty nice clothes
So I have 5GB of webspace now, and I need to use it. It's mainly going to be for hosting files for myself, friends, etc, but I'd also like to have a webpage to front the domain, just because websites are fun to run! And then people will look at it and be like, "Wow, cajuncook is so awesome-o."
Problem is, I have no desire to learn any high or even mid-level html, css, php, etc. So I want something that is already done for me and easy to set up. Any suggestions? The server supports php, mysql, and all that fancy shit.

What would you recommend for the $100-130 price range? What have you had good experience with?
I wan't to get a good quality digital camera but I kind of want to keep it in budget. I don't really have that high standards either way. I'd like it to have 16mb or more storage. A little zoom, not too important. But mainly it has to have rather decent quality when still.

Man waiting that extra 2 weeks was harder than I thought, everytime I saw a thread or heard my friends talking about it I had to collapse thread or leave the room, ect.. but no more!! I expect I'll be up nearly all night playing. :)
