Evening Reading
by Steve Gibson, Nov 30, 2004 5:30pm PSTWell it looks like some Half-Life 2 deathmatch tonight! (I hope?)I suppose I coulda fussed around with some commands to play sooner if I was really eager. Hopefully there are lots of toilets, otherwise I will complain about that teaser image being misleading.

I went and worked out with the trainer for the 2nd time tonight. He put me through the full circuit, and we did full weight for each muscle group. I'm not quite so sore, wobbly, and/or swollen as I was just after I left the gym, but man I am going to be hating it tomorrow. Especially the highest group of abs. That's going to hurt so much I doubt I'll be able to eat.
Which, I guess, is a good thing in a strategic sense, seeing as how my goal is to lose weight.
OK, confession time: I'm being melodramatic about the soreness only because I predicted major soreness after the workout last week, which did not materialize; I'm hoping that my prognosticative (is that even a word? prognosticate ... prog-nos-tic-a-tive... hmmm) abilities are still unreliable.
