Actually, there is no "cutscene" footage.

Every second (besides the quotes and logos) is in-engine...

Very cool looking, I'm not blown away as much as I was when I saw the first video pre HL2 :) but it does compete with HL2 in graphics and presentation, with having a different sort of style to it could be really good.
