Because you can only play HL2 over Steam - doesn't Valve essentially control the content of your mod? If I wanted to make a hooker killing mod - Valve might not like it and has total power to just disable it over Steam.

Is this correct?

Considering the height allowance, I would like to see lots of tall structures. Not sure what game type what be the most fun, but I think tall structures with sky bridges is a must!
