Several answers in the interview seemed to suggest a commitment to making the skills balance better. This was was probably the most disappointing aspect of ES3. There came a point in the original Morrowind (approx level 15+) where enemies were no longer challenging. This made exploring lose its excitement, since it was not a life-and-death struggle ('will I venture into this dungeon or begin the long trek back to town for supplies?'). That, and the fact that it was possible, without hacks, to become a Level 125 character with 100 stats in everything.
Of course, with this covert announcement of Fallout 3 (well, this is the first I've heard of it), I'm unsure as to the game to which I'm looking forward more!
More focus on story would be cool too... I like open ended, but I also like to be enticed with what happens next.

XBOX2'D! I won't be surpised if we see it on Xbox2 first, if not a simultaneous release.
