Half-Life 2 Preload Phase 5 Starting

Half-Life 2 preloading continues as Valve has announced the start of Phase 5. Steam users who choose to preload will receive the Counter-Strike: Source maps in encrypted form. Additionally, a new Counter-Strike: Source beta update has been released fixing a problem with voicecomm.

Anyone else never get an option to pre-load phase 4? For phases 1-3 I was given a window with a link to click if I wanted to pre-load and I haven't received that window for phase 4 or 5.
