The last time I went for a birthday though we had a chef that was well... yeah, just a chef. He had some blocks that he would beat on the grill with but the guy just had nothin as far as fun tricks. The guy knew it too. :( Once in a while though you get a guy who just kicks ass, lets hope for an asskicker tonight!

it worked. but to say it 'ran' would exaggerate things.
level load times were ridiculous... when it started to load the first map again after returning from the second one, I had time to get a new pack of cigarettes from the hall, open it, go to the kitchen to throw the foil away, and smoke one, then I gave my girlfriend pointers for the website design she was making. it wasn't done loading when I returned.
FPS were ridiculous.... while there was nothing at all happening it was okay. when I walked forward it was a little choppy. when I turned around corners I had enough time to think of creative names for my computer, like Slideshow Bob. same goes for when I pulled out my flashlight, and I sure had to do so a lot... that game is dark. once the flashlight was out it didn't seem to affect the FPS a lot though. my machine gun had burst fire mode on, it seems, as I could only squeeze out two bullets before my computer had to take a break.
it was still fun, but once I had to follow the sentry bot and there were two enemies at once on screen, I couldn't stand it anymore and turned it off. if it wasn't for the performance issues and the wek weapons (I expect a zombie to DIE when I shoot it in the head with my shotgun, or twice with my pistol) I would've loved it though, even the levels weren't annoying me, which is something that happens in almost every game I play.
summary: don't play this game on a 2GHz P4 with 256 MB RAM and a GeForce 4MX... they aren't kidding when they say 384 MB RAM is a minimum requirement.
p.s.: lol at UAC security... I managed to brute force hack the security code for the weapons storage.

Ok, i'm evil. And in Oakvale I thought I'd go on a bit of a rampage. So here i am killing people to make their properties go on sale and killing guards. Now i owe 50K in fines for murder. I'll leave and go back or whatnot and they swarm me like crazy. There's no way i can acrue that amout of change anytime soon, that i know of. I only have 3K heh. Is there a way around this or did I just ruin a portion of the game for myself?

Feeling pretty masochistic earlier tonight, I decided to install Service Pack 2 for WinXP. Now my machine, which connects wirelessly to my router to the DSL modem, no longer even sees the network. It sees others, just not mine. The machine is able to grab an IP from my router via DHCP and the DNS gateway info, etc., but it can't go beyond that.
Any ideas about XP settings I may have overlooked? I've disabled XP's firewall, as I've already got a firewall solution with my router.

I'm going to get a new player today, and I'm willing to spend. Not the $1000 that some videophiles will drop, but around $250+ if the player has excellent image quality, ire level, and decent search speed.
Can anyone help me here? I see a lot of players that claim to upsample 480p material to 1080i. I fail to see how this would help, as all DVDs are 480p. Any recommendations? I want quality over features and don't need recordability or a built-in VCR. Just a very nice DVD player.

I then made a post on the site about the crap he sent me. He then called me more names. He said he would send $125 to me and I would ship him the belts. That's $50 i'm losing because he lied! He said he was sending the money on the 30th of last month, and didn't. Then on the 11th he said his brother was in florida and a hurricane. I think, wtf it only takes 10 mins to send out the MO. But say ok, send it when you can. The next day he makes another FS thread. It's the 19th and still no MO. He made a thread about me but deleted his post. I replied he better send the money or I will throw the belts away and he will have to send me $100. He replied that I would get my money if I threw them away, blah blah.
So if he actually sends me my $125 am I legally bound to send him his belts with my money even if he lied about the product? Or should I make him pay to get his rap back?

Alright here are 2 photos during my exit. I've been a little apprehensive to release these.
I had this all recorded on video as well from the ground to the takeoff, to the exit, to the ground again. Quite awesome to be able to relive the entire experience again, and watch my friends sweat watching it.
We exited at 13,500 ft.

Since it was my first AFF exit, I had to have two instructors.
I had to go through 6 hours of training, both schooling (history, troubleshooting), physical testing of doing the exits, pulling the canopy, timelines (what to do at what height) etc. Then we had written exams of what we learned during the training. It is physically exhausting, doing this all in 1 day, being there at 7 am, and jumping at 5 pm.

When my local store accepted returns, I'd buy anything and everything that interested me. Some I'd return if they truly sucked, most I kept. Occasionally I'd go sell back the ones that didn't really hold my interest. Now I'll buy the stuff I KNOW I'm going to love, and everything else gets the 'hmm, maybe'. It's dropped my purchases of new games a TON since they did that. Good for the pocketbook I suppose, but kinda lame for the gaming.

The year was 1994 and I was 10 years old. For months me and my dad had been seeing previews for True Lies and we thought it looked really cool. So it finally comes out and I go with mom and dad. Not the first R movie I saw in a theatre with them but it was a rare exception. As many of you may recall there is a scene where Jamie Lee Curtis is stripping and dancing in black underwear. Now, being 10 at the time, I was very uncomfortable watching this with my parents. Of course it was interesting to watch, but I didn't want to enjoy such a thing with my parents on either side of me! I just knew I had to get out of there to avoid the awkward situation, so I did the only thing, I said I had to go to the bathroom.
Now in hindsight I realize that may have may have alluded to committing certain deeds that at the time, being just a ten year old, I didn't even know about. Its pretty funny to try and think what my parents were thinking at the time.

Visually it was cool for oh, about 10mins then it got old pretty fast. Dialogue sucked "i thought we had a deal" "did you cut my fuel line" 2 shots left" holy shit could they repeat these lines any more???
A.J. was in it for like 15mins which sucked, cuz even with the eye patch she is still hot.
They ended the story way too quickly, story starts off kind of interesting then plateau's off and never really climax's and omg 2shots left girl took a picture of the ground and then the last picture had the lens cap on, omg omg omg gay!
If you can watch this movie for free, and had nothing better to do, then go and watch it. If you have to pay money to go see it, dont. Too bad since it looked like a cool concept :(

What year do you think it will be before your can actually grasp the concept of remapping all your controls? How many game development articles, user opinions, and lost sales do you need to get with the program?
