The Steam website has been updated, mentioning that the second phase of Half-Life 2 preloading on Steam has started. This new preload will focus on the audio part of the game.

I was in EB yesterday and the guy there was absolutely sure that the expected release for it was "next year". I said no way dude, pre-loading is going on right now, it should be done this month according to what they're saying. So I go to EB's site and they're saying November now instead of September like before.

MAKE UP YOUR FUCKING MIND, VALVE.

This game is never coming out...
