sure hope there is a use for those. My freezer was getting bigger than my training room.
Also, HOW DO I KEEP PEOPLE OUT OF MY BASE!! I ended up keeping my status at Red Alert most of the time to keep my minions/gaurds paying attention. I imagine there will be turrets (traps obviously) and hopefully you will be able to setup patrols or alteast put a gaurd on the doors. The explosives guys were a pain in the butt and my minions NEVER killed one of them unless I was a Red Alert.
All in all, it seems like a fun game.

Yes yes okay yeah its a ripoff of DK we all know now shut up and play =)
I hated how you are constantly being infiltrated. It pretty much makes the Alert system worthless. Might as well keep it on Red Alert all the time. Also, the AI is retarded. If I didn't have Red Alert set, the enemy guys would just stand/walk around my base doing nothing. Your Henchman guys won't do anything either unless you manually command them which is annoying when you are in the middle of building something and are getting infiltrated.
The whole game just seems pointless. You build your facility and then click Red Alert and watch them get killed/captured/etc. Oh, and body bags everywhere!

I got stuck with a thief in a cell though. I couldn't interrogate him for the life of me. Tried to do it 20+ times. Also, I didn't like the constant flow of enemies. I wish they would come less but with more people for bigger fights. It was like 1-3 people every 2min. Whats the point of a red and yellow alert if there always enemies in your base? They should do a 5-8 every 5min so when you see them coming you can equip your minions and be ready to duke it out.

Really cool concept. Reminds me a bit about that Sims-like game where you had to run a space base (forgot it's name, it's kinda new). But without having to worry about peoples emotions and needs and stuff. You can only control yourself (the Evil Genious) and your Henchmen (you have two of those in the demo), the rest (the minions) control themselves. When intruders shows up you can tag them and your minions will repsond to the tag. The available tags are none (ignore them), kill, capture and weaken (not sure what this one does).
I thought this stuff was kinda cool... The comparison with Dungeon Master is a good one. My main gripe with the demo was the amount of attacks from goodies. I had to build *three* freezers and still there were bodies littering everywhere, plus if I ever went down below red alert there were just a matter of seconds before some goodie had entered my base. =/ (this is from the point I had finished the armoury, before that "stand down" was enough).
It was kinda short, but give it a shot because it's really cool!

But the game actually crashed to my desktop. Hope that does not happen with the retail version.
Thanks

Oh, and the constant infiltrations of the base were irksome.

I didn't get to play much of dungeon keeper, but it sounds like similar gameplay.
I've been playing through and I noticed the lack of talk about funds and getting cash. Anyone know if the full version will be limited to amounts of funds per mission or will there be a way of getting some cash during a mission?
