the more i read about this game the more I think it's gunna be fucking amazing. Troika has made amazing RPGs and now they have the half life 2 engine to toy with. The video showing destructable terrain and physics is just plain cool. Assuming they don't mess up by releasing it horribly buggy we could be looking at a game as good or better than planescape torment

Arcanum is the one you want to buy.

Despise it's flaws (which were many, alas, though most were just imbalances and bugs), it is still a worthy RPG.

Temple of Elemental Evil however was a bit disappointing...

I watched that demo the guy gave i think it was in 4 or 5 parts. Looks and sounds great. So many things to do. I cant wait. I want this more than HL2.

Acranum is great, despite it's flaws. If you like RPG then pick it up, but be prepared to take some time getting used to the clunky interface.
