PopTop has released a free expansion pack for Railroad Tycoon 3, "as a thank you for the public support of the Railroad Tycoon franchise over the year". The 120mb download adds 13 maps and 8 locomotives, and upgrades the game to v1.04. Thanks 3D Gamers.
