DS 1 Is actually really really fun if you play it on a higher difficulty level. The game only plays itself on easy and normal.

I played the beggining of this at E3 this year and it was very impresive they throw you right into some crazy action and GASP it actually looks like they have some sort of plot!!!

I really liked DS myself. This isn't really a sequel... the original was an RTS game and this is an RPG. Boo Microsoft!
