I love it when games include the original Japanese voices, from originally Japanese games of course. Then I have the option to change to some good acting, since Japan usually has good voice talent in their games.

When you think about it, it's not even hard to make voice acting good. It's just that since it's so often done last-minute, no one ever gets to think about it. I believe this is changing though, hopefully the planning out for voice will go alongside the planning for plot and story in the future.
