I hate Quicktime.

I too hope they fix the animations, they seem somewhat amature compared to the rest of the game's high level of polish.

Like omontero already said, the animations could use a little polish. Other than that, though, this thing is shaping up very nicely. Definitely on my "to buy" list.

I can't stress how much important is game animation for a game to suceed. Stalker engine seems very capable but still I find the animation job poor....

This is exactly the same footage as in the E3 demonstration video: "stalker_e32004demo1.mpg" and that's almost 2 months old. Cool stuff anyways :)
