After just getting fed up with Dell's so called support I canned the order and went to Fry's with my brother and bought mom a bunch of parts for her computer. My brother is around a lot and is pretty techy so he seems cool with the task of being the support guy. Mom knows her way around computers herself though so it probably wont be an issue. Got one of those Sonata cases... damn it I want one :(

Lastly, we'll put together a qualifications list we'd like met to fill Jason's position in a day or two. Really it boils down knowing games and getting along with Maarten and myself. Maarten is a real jackass though so that could be a bit tough.
