As Lead Game Master you will "help manage the in-game customer service team, as well as help manage our online community. The ideal candidate would have previous Lead or Senior GM experience, with an extensive amount of customer support management experience, as well as possess a strong knowledge of the unique issues inherent to MMORPGs.".
