It took a while, but Jason has finally posted his second Sony Online interview featuring Shack reader submitted questions (remember that press event from a while back?). This new interview is with Raph Koster, who's asked about Star Wars Galaxies:

JB: Any extra classes that are being planned for an expansion pack? RK: We see adding professions as being a major advantage of Star Wars Galaxies over other MMOs. In other MMOs you just add content, for us adding professions we see as driving content in lots of interesting ways. So I would say absolutely. You should count on seeing expansions and possibly even free updates adding professions.
