Judge Blocks Washington Video Game Sales Law

Here's a followup story to something we reported about back in April, when the Washington state Senate passed a bill that restricted the sale of mature games to minors. Store owners selling a game depicting violence against "law enforcement officers" to minors would be fined $500 under this law. A federal judge today issued an injunction blocking the law which was supposed to go into effect July 27. The case will now most likely go to trial.
