Dont say OFP, because I meant a game thats actually fun and not a death sim.
Then name an engine that can render hundreds and thousands of tightly packed trees and plants, and dont say SOF2 because I meant an engine that not a skyboxed hallway with plants on the edges.
Not having fun yet?
Why?

Of course depending on where you were in the country there is different terrain but it just looks like old reliable BF1942.
You want more trees and bushes, take a look at this shot:

"MAU MAU"
The only thing neat about a vietnam game is the ambience you can get (a squad dug-in at night while Jimi Hendrix is playing). This game just sounds like a mod of bf42, and it will be released after the likes of HL2 and Doom3. Also why the hell is everyone arguing about realism when we're talking about Dice here, thats like comparing an animal documentary to Loony Tunes.

Hint: Without THICK LUSH vegetation that affects gameplay, a vietnam game isnt going to be vietnam.

Y'all got too much hatin' in yo game. If the game engine isn't capable of producing thick, lush forests (and, really, what engine can combine the size of a BF1942 map with the graphical slowdown of a realistic forest?), then you play to its strengths and do without. BF1942 is the most fun I've ever had with a multiplayer game; if this is even half as good, I'm sure I'll buy it. I couldn't care less about historical authenticity.
